In an old historic Pioneer Square building, Caffe Umbria is the iconic cutting edge of Italian design. The stainless steel bar with absolute black granite and mahogany wood is juxtaposed to the warm earthy tones of the existing brick and wood building. It suggests modern design is possible while maintaining the existing.
