The remodel of this mediterranean restaurant had a very tight budget that included a new kitchen. Superfluous soffits from previous establishments were removed and color was used to create the architecture of the walls. The existing bar was carefully measured and reconfigured, saving significant money in cabinetry. A continuous bench was placed along the wall recreating the feel of the European bistro and the existing window on to the sidewalk was opened with an accordion door to allow for sidewalk seating.
