Headstart

This project considered the school as a village of classrooms composed around a courtyard where the young wards learn initial lessons of the world in a protected environment. Each classroom is a unit connected with a continuous portico. The plaza is a central gathering place with an amphatheater and garden beyond. The auditorium and offices balance the third wall of the plaza creating the civic facilities.
