La Dolce Contemporaneo – Seattle Times

Studio Ectypos architects Lucia Pirzio-Biroli and Michele Marquardi designed their own home as a location for memories to take place.   The Seattle Times’ Victoria Medgyesi captured the sense of art and the sense of life that went into designing their home.

“Our house is solid, it tells it like it is, there are no hidden messages and yet somehow that is where the magic is,” says Pirzio-Biroli. “It is simple, authentic, compact and fun.”
